Refunds for Damaged Products

We take great care in designing, inspecting, and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund. To process your request, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video
    Take a clear, unedited, 360-degree video while opening the package.

  2. Capture Photos of the Damage
    Provide 2-3 close-up pictures clearly showing the damage.

  3. Submit Your Claim
    Email the video and photos to vsartatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be entertained.

  4. Refund Policy: Quick and Simple
    Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes:

  • All products are handmade and may have minor imperfections or irregularities, which add to their uniqueness and charm. These are not considered defects.
  • Variations in color, design, and size may occur due to the nature of handmade artistry and photographic lighting.
  • For any questions or clarifications before purchase, feel free to contact us.

Refunds for Non-Fulfillment

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and process a full refund within 24-48 hours.


Cancellations

Please ensure you are certain about your order before placing it, as we do not accept cancellations once the order is confirmed.
