We are a small business and are grateful for your visit to our website. We spend ample time on designing and creating each of the handmade products.
We thoroughly check the final products before dispatching to our valuable customers. We use high quality packing materials and reliable courier services to ship our products.
Refunds in case of damage
Incase you receive damaged products, we will be happy to refund. To be eligible for refunds, kindly follow the process.
- Please take a 360 degree opening uncut and unedited unboxing video when you receive the products.
- Please take 2-3 pictures showing the damage.
- Please send us the video and pictures to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. Nocomplaints will be entertained after 48 hours.
Before you raise a return request, please note the following, as also mentioned on all the product pages under disclaimer.
- All products are completely handmade and come with irregularities that may seem as minor imperfections.
- No two pieces will exactly be the same as they are handcarved or handpainted or handcrafted.
- Actual colour, design, size may sightly vary due to photographic lighting.
- For any doubts, please feel free to message us before you buy our product.
Refunds in case of non-fulfilment
- If due to any reason, we are not able to provide you with the ordered product, we will contact you and refund your full amount within the next 24 -48 hours.
Cancellations
Kindly be sure before booking your order as we do not accept cancellations after the order is booked.
